Black Knights Skydive Centre provides the most incredible views of the North West.
Our charity skydive for Cats Protection North West offers you the chance to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush while raising vital funds to help make a better life for cats and kittens.
You'll be harnessed to an expert instructor for a tandem skydive, soaring up to 11,000 feet before free-falling at speeds of up to 120 mph! As you soar through the sky, you will see the amazing views of the Irish Sea, Blackpool and Lancaster.
Itching to cross this off your bucket list ? Sign up today!
A tandem skydive involves you being connected to a British Skydiving qualified instructor through the use of a harness. You’ll be able to experience the 120mph rush once you have completed your 20-minute safety briefing on the day of your jump.
Comfortable casual/sports clothing is advised with pumps/training type shoes that can be laced up securely. No boots.

There is a registration fee of £50 and we ask you to aim for a target of £395 sponsorship commitment to help make better lives for cats.
Please note: we will cover the cost of the skydive if the full £395 minimum sponsorship target is reached, otherwise each participant will have to pay the remaining £200. Please aim to have raised 80% of the target by four weeks before the event.
The money you raise will help us to be there for all cats, you make our work possible
In the event of a refusal by the passenger to jump and exit the aircraft, no refunds or repeat attempts will be given.
Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing and lace-up shoes (for example, trainers).
Failure to wear the correct clothing may result in you being unable to jump.
It is vital that you arrive at the tandem skydive centre by the allocated arrival time in order to complete the training and administration. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking fee and being unable to carry out your jump.
There is a weight limit of 15 stone/95kg for men and 13 stone/82kg for women and all jumpers will need to declare themselves fit to jump using a 115a British Skydiving Medical Form. If for any reason they feel they cannot sign this form then form 115b needs to be completed and signed by a doctor in order for the participant to jump.
Some disabilities may need an assessment at the centre prior to the jump date by our Chief Instructor. Please contact us if you require further assistance with this.
The minimum age to participate in the skydive is 16 years old.
Your skydive experience will last approximately three to five hours. However, skydiving is a weather dependent activity and we ask that you allow the full day in case of delays.
The money you raise will go directly towards helping local cats and kittens in the North West. Your sponsorship will provide food, shelter, care, veterinary treatment and help us find new homes for cats and kittens in need. When you sign up, you can choose which Cats Protection branch or centre in the North West you would like to support.
