Walk Bristol

  • 30 May 2026
  • Castle Park Bandstand, Bristol BS2 0HQ
  • Registration: free of charge, however fundraising is supported.
  • Sponsorship commitment: £75 to receive a branded head buff

Back for its second year, Walk:Bristol is a non-competitive, mass participation walking event offering a range of supported distance challenges that take in the stunning sights of Bristol, while also stepping into serene nearby nature on the city’s outskirts.
Taking place as part of Bristol Walk Fest 2026, the city’s hugely popular month-long celebration of all things walking. Walk:Bristol showcases the amazing routes within our beautiful city in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for over-16s of all abilities and backgrounds.
Choose from a fully-accessible one or five-mile walk, or push yourself further with the 1, 5 or 10 mile challenge, all starting and finishing at Bristol’s Castle Park Bandstand.
You can register individually or as part of a team, and while the event is free to enter, it’s a brilliant opportunity to turn your walk into a meaningful challenge by gaining sponsorship and raising funds for local causes, including supporting local cats. Every step really can make a difference.
Join us on Saturday 30 May for a fantastic Walk:Bristol day out with great routes, great people, and a great cause.
If you’d like to take part, sign up today and check out the FAQs for more information.
